These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BLK LONDON website at londonblk.com and any purchase you make from it. BLK LONDON is a trading name of PROVENTUS INTERNATIONAL LLC. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment details you provide are your own or that you have permission to use them.
3. Products and descriptions
We take care to describe and picture our products accurately. Colours may appear differently between screens, and measurements given in size guides are approximate. Where a product description contains an obvious error, we may correct it or cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
All products are subject to availability. We may withdraw or change a product at any time before your order is accepted.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Any delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
Accepted payment methods are set out in our Payment Policy. Payment is taken when your order is placed and must be authorised before we process it.
Where a product is shown with a reduced price alongside a higher reference price, the reference price is the price at which we offer that product outside a promotional period.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken.
We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where we identify a pricing or description error, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
6. Delivery
We ship to the United Kingdom. Processing takes 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), with transit of 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday) — a total estimated delivery time of 6–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Cancellation, returns and refunds
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
We also offer a 30-day return window, which sits alongside and does not limit your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and page design, is owned by or licensed to PROVENTUS INTERNATIONAL LLC and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it commercially without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, or to extract data from it by automated means without our permission.
10. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made, or for business losses. Our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
11. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, extreme weather or industrial action. We will contact you and, where a delay is substantial, you may cancel and receive a refund for goods not delivered.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Complaints and dispute resolution
If something has gone wrong, please contact us first at info@londonblk.com and we will try to resolve it. If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your country of residence.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order. This page shows the date it was last updated.
