Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a confirmation containing your tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time using the tracking tool below.
To track your parcel you will need your tracking number, or your order number and the email address used when placing the order.
When will my tracking number arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Your tracking number is issued once the parcel leaves our warehouse, so it will not be available immediately after ordering.
Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to begin updating with the carrier. A newly created tracking number can show no movement at first; this is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
Estimated delivery times
- Processing: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit: 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total estimated delivery: 6–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, extreme weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
My tracking has not updated in several days
Tracking can pause between carrier scans, particularly when a parcel passes between networks. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please get in touch and we will chase it with the carrier on your behalf.
My parcel says delivered but I have not received it
Please check with your neighbours and any safe place your carrier may use, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
